What we carry

Transport services

We do one thing and we do it well: van transport up to 3.5 tonnes on fixed routes between Poland, Germany and the Netherlands — in both directions.

International transport
Fixed routes both ways: from West Pomerania to Germany and the Netherlands, and back to Poland. We know these roads by heart.
Express deliveries
An urgent load that has to be there tomorrow morning. We drive direct, with no stops at transhipment depots.
Dedicated transport
A whole van for your load alone. You set the loading time and the delivery address — the rest is on us.
Part loads and groupage
Got a smaller shipment? We add it to a route we are running anyway — including the return leg from the Netherlands or Germany to Poland.

Our fleet

Vans up to 3.5 tonnes

No trucks — by choice. Vans reach places a full rig cannot, and they do not lose hours at transhipment depots.

Why a van and not a truck? Vehicles up to 3.5 t are exempt from the German Sunday and public-holiday driving ban that applies to trucks over 7.5 t. Your load keeps moving when bigger rigs are parked — and it reaches the exact address, city centres included.

How we work

Working together, no surprises

Four steps from the first phone call to a signed consignment note — the same whether it is a one-off trip or a standing arrangement.

01
Enquiry
You call or write. All we need is what to carry, dimensions and weight, two addresses and a date. No forms, no account to set up.
02
Quote and date
We come back with a firm price and a pickup date, usually the same day. The price covers the whole route, with nothing added afterwards.
03
Loading
The van arrives at the agreed address within the agreed window. The driver confirms loading by phone, and from then on you have his number.
04
Delivery and paperwork
Unloading at the destination address. The signed consignment note comes back to you together with the invoice — a complete set, nothing to chase.
Regular cooperation

Shipping the same way regularly? We agree the terms once and stick to them.

  • Fixed rates on repeat routes
  • Priority when something is urgent
  • The same driver on your route
  • One combined settlement instead of an invoice per trip

We work with manufacturers, wholesalers, workshops and freight forwarders — and with private customers moving house or bringing goods between Poland, Germany and the Netherlands.

Who we are

A family business from Szczecin

Domalex is a family transport company from Szczecin that has been on European roads since 2001. We started with one van and a handful of regular customers — today we run scheduled trips to Germany and the Netherlands and back to Poland, but the way we work has not changed.

We still answer the phone ourselves, we still know every driver by name, and we still treat someone else’s freight as if it were our own. In this trade one thing counts: what we picked up arrives intact and on time.

No middlemen, no freight exchanges, no passing the buck. We collect, we carry, we deliver.

Family-run from day one
The same family has run the company since the first trip. Decisions come fast because there is nobody to route them through.
Deadlines we keep
If we say Thursday morning, it is Thursday morning. If something happens en route, you hear it from us first.
Freight looked after
Insurance for the whole route, GPS in every vehicle and one driver responsible for the shipment from end to end.
Fixed routes, both ways
West Pomerania ⇄ Germany ⇄ the Netherlands. We go out and come back loaded, so we know where and when an hour can be saved.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

The things customers most often ask before they call.

Where do you pick up and deliver?

From Szczecin and the whole of West Pomerania to the Netherlands (the entire country) and to eight German states: North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Bremen, Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Hamburg and Berlin. We load in the same areas for the return trip to Poland.

How much fits in a van?

We run delivery vans up to 3.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight. The load space takes up to 8 euro pallets. We confirm the dimensions and weight of your shipment when we quote.

How fast do I get a quote?

Usually the same day. Just tell us what we are carrying, its dimensions and weight, the pickup and delivery addresses and the date. The price covers the whole route, with nothing added afterwards.

Do you carry smaller shipments?

Yes. We add smaller loads to routes we are running anyway — including the return leg from the Netherlands and Germany to Poland.

Do you help with moving house to Germany or the Netherlands?

Yes. Besides businesses, we work with private customers who are moving or bringing their belongings between Poland, Germany and the Netherlands.

Is my cargo insured?

Yes, cargo is insured for the whole route. Every van has GPS, and from loading onwards you are in direct contact with the driver. Our liability follows the CMR Convention.
